The KAAC welcomes Bison Fitness as our newest Chamber member. Owners Sam and Kenzie have been working day and night to transform their building into a 24/7 fitness center that will service people of all fitness levels. Inside members will have access to a dead lift station, professional breaker benches, cable circuit machines, full cardio and agility training, personal training and more all under a secure key fob system to help insure your safety. Saturday, March 2nd is their grand opening, and the public is welcome to attend. Bison fitness is located at 525 Fremont Street. Welcome to our newest KAAC member:
Few companies stand the test of time but that is just the case for our newest KAAC member, Kobussen Buses Ltd. From its beginning in 1938, Kobussen Buses Ltd. has been the school bus transportation of choice. It began with Elwood Kobussen, a dairy farmer and trucker by trade, when he was chosen by the Kaukauna Board of Education to transport out-of-town students to and from the Kaukauna High School. Now in their 3rd generation with current owners, Joe and Dan Kobussen, Kobussen Buses Ltd. have 800 buses serving 23 locations in all four corners of the state. They work with 32 school districts in WI and are Kiel and Chilton’s Area School Districts student transportation service, safely transporting approx. 1,474 daily.
Kobussen Buses Ltd. also offers motor coach services that can accommodate 27 to 56 passengers. Charter services are available for many things like sporting events, wedding transportation and private parties just to name a few.
