HERMITAGE CONSERVATION CLUB
The Hermitage Conservation Club is a member based organization that was established in 1936.
Hermitage provides trapshooting, pheasant rearing, preservation and development of habitat, tree planting, fish stocking, participates in Trees for Tomorrow, and maintains the boat landing at the Clubhouse on the Sheboygan River.
The club actively promotes environmental stewardship by funding youth education and by fostering relationships with local conservation organizations. Special activities include sponsoring/hosting Turkey Federation Shoot, excellent Hunter Education program, purchase magazines for area schools, and development of wood duck and pheasant programs.
Trapshooting league is on Tuesday nights from May until August and open shooting on Saturdays in the month of April and May. There is no open shooting on Sundays.
Meetings are on the first Thursday of every month at 7 pm. The club is always looking for new members and new ideas to support the spirit in which the club was created to preserve the environment.
